dc.descriptionIn the present case study, the management of a system of scheduling medical appointments in the dental office CR Dental is analyzed. This system allows you to manage in an organized way, helps optimize and reduce time, that the number of errors is minimal and ensures that all records of medical consultations are well protected with correct information for each patient. This in order to have better control and thus, improve the quality of patient care and avoid discomfort when making your appointment. It is important to manage the processes and improve them in a way that helps integrate with standardized systems, where the improvement actions are focused in that direction and their interactions do not compromise the execution. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the current processes when scheduling medical appointments, establish the feasibility and the necessary requirements for the appointment scheduling system and finally propose a medical appointment scheduling system that automates the processes in the CR Dental office. Through the feasibility it was determined that the project is sustainable in the long term, and with the development of the requirements it was possible to describe the necessary features and functionalities that the system needs, being a key tool to communicate the needs and expectations of the client.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente caso de estudio se analiza la gestión de un sistema de agendamiento de citas médicas en el consultorio odontológico CR Dental. Este sistema permite administrar de manera organizada, ayuda a optimizar y reducir el tiempo, que la cantidad de errores sean mínimas y garantiza que todos los registros de las consultas médicas estén bien resguardados con información correcta de cada paciente. Esto con el fin de tener un mejor control y así, mejorar la calidad en la atención de los pacientes y evitar molestia a la hora de sacar su cita. Es importante administrar los procesos y mejorarlos de manera que ayuden a integrarse con sistemas estandarizados, donde las acciones de mejora estén enfocadas en esa dirección y sus interacciones no comprometan la ejecución. Por el cual, es necesario identificar los procesos actuales al momento de agendar citas médicas, establecer la factibilidad y los requerimientos necesarios para el sistema de agendamiento de citas y por ultimo proponer un sistema de agendamiento de citas médicas que automatice los procesos en el consultorio CR Dental. Mediante la factibilidad se determinó que el proyecto es sostenible a largo plazo, y con el desarrollo de los requerimientos se pudo describir las características y funcionalidades necesarias que el sistema necesita, siendo una herramienta clave para comunicar las necesidades y expectativas del cliente.es_ES
