| dc.description | This technological proposal project is based on applying the process management tool so that the Performance gym can have better control, design, record management, monitoring and, above all, can improve its processes. For this, several phases were carried out, such as: Design and documentation of processes, to achieve business objectives, in addition to identifying activities involved in each process, to later document them in manuals and user guides. Also described in this document is how to ensure that the processes are linked to the policies and objectives of the business and establish the mechanisms to be able to carry out. | dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de propuesta tecnológica está basado en aplicar la herramienta de gestión de procesos para que el gimnasio Performance, pueda tener un mejor control, diseño, manejo de sus registros, monitoreo y sobre todo pueda mejorar sus procesos Para esto se procedió a realizar varias fases tales como: Diseño y documentación de los procesos, para lograr cumplir los objetivos del negocio, además de identificar actividades involucradas en cada proceso, para luego documentarlas en manuales y guías de usuarios. También se describe en este documento, la forma de asegurar que los procesos estén ligados a las políticas y objetivos del negocio y establecer los mecanismos para poder llevar a cabo. El sistema será desarrollado en lenguaje PHP con su fuente de datos que será en base de datos SQL donde se puedan registrar y administrar los datos referentes a la gestión del negocio. | es_ES |
