| dc.description | The case study developed in the Urdaneta canton in an adult patient over 77 years of age, who has emotional detachment and its incidence in behavior, has been raised as a general objective; Establish how emotional detachment affects the behavior of an adult over 77 years of age in the Urdaneta canton. In the development of the study, as part of the activities carried out in the session, it has been possible to apply the Hamilton scale and the emotional detachment inventory, as well as the collection of data and information, family and personal history with the purpose of formulating the anamnesis and the clinical history, as part of the results of the Hamilton scale for anxiety, where a score of 12 indicates mild anxiety; while the emotional dependency inventory indicates that it has a score of 53 points, which is a considerable but treatable and modifiable dependency. In conclusion, it has been possible to identify how emotional detachment influences and the incidence in the behavior of an older adult where they are related according to the origin of the condition or the reason why this social anomaly has originated, in addition, this is related to the daily living emphasizing the social, emotional, and behavioral sphere. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso desarrollado en el cantón Urdaneta en un paciente adulto mayor de 77 años, el cual tiene desapego emocional y su incidencia en la conducta, se ha planteado como objetivo general; establecer como el desapego emocional incide en la conducta de un adulto mayor de 77 años del cantón Urdaneta. En el desarrollo del estudio como parte de las actividades desarrolladas en la sesión se ha podido aplicar la escala de Hamilton y el inventario de desapego emocional, así como la recopilación de datos e información, antecedentes familiares, personales con el propósito de formular la anamnesis y la historia clínica, como parte de los resultados de la escala de Hamilton para la ansiedad donde refiere una puntuación de 12 donde indica una ansiedad leve; mientras que el inventario de dependencia emocional, indica que tiene una puntuación de 53 puntos, lo cual es una dependencia considerable pero tratable y modificable. En conclusión; se ha logrado identificar como influye el desapego emocional y la incidencia en la conducta de un adulto mayor donde se relacionan de acuerdo con el origen de la afección o la razón por la cual se ha originado esta anomalía social, además, esto se relaciona con el diario vivir haciendo énfasis en el ámbito social, emocional y conductual. | es_ES |
