| dc.description | In the present investigative work it was concluded that the incidence of alcohol consumption in the behavior of the young adult, from the San Carlos parish of the Quevedo canton, in which techniques and instruments were implemented that allowed the acquisition of truthful information; Therefore, the application of the tools that were used, for example, the identification test of disorders due to alcohol consumption (AUDIT), the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) plus what was mentioned in the speech by the patient, was detailed and it was achieved. Reach a presumptive diagnosis according to the criteria of the DSM5 and ICD-10. During the course of alcohol consumption, the affectation of the young man's behavior was evidenced, which led him to manifest signs and symptoms of depressive characteristics and high-risk alcohol consumption, according to the ICD-10 code, an F32. 1 with a diagnosis of moderate depressive episode and according to the DSM-5 coding, a F10.20 moderate alcoholism, for this reason it is proposed to develop a therapeutic scheme of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as a possible solution to the case study. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo investigativo se concluyó que la incidencia del consumo de alcohol en la conducta del adulto joven, de la parroquia San Carlos del cantón Quevedo, en el cual se implementaron técnicas e instrumento que permitieron adquirir información veraz; por consiguiente se detalla la aplicación de las herramientas que se utilizaron por ejemplo el test de identificación de los trastornos debido al consumo de alcohol, (AUDIT), Hamilton Depresión rating Scale (HDRS) más lo mencionado en el discurso por el paciente y se logró llegar a un diagnóstico presuntivo según el criterio del DSM5 Y CIE-10. Durante transcurso del consumo de alcohol se evidenció la afectación de la conducta del joven, lo que lo conllevo a manifestar signos y sintomatologías de características depresivas y en el consumo de alcohol de alto riesgo, de acuerdo al código del CIE- 10, un F32.1 con diagnóstico de episodio de depresivo moderado y según la codificación del DSM-5, un F10.20 alcoholismo moderado, por tal motivo se propone el desarrolló un esquema terapéutico de enfoque de la Terapia Cognitivo Conductual, (TCC), como posible solución al caso en estudio. | es_ES |
