dc.description | In the present case study based on the administrative management of the Cooperativa de Transporte Flota Babahoyo Interprovincial for the period 2022, through the analysis carried out, it was possible to identify that there are important shortcomings within the company, which has led to an economic decline. in the company and therefore affects employees, this has caused customer service to be affected by these important factors, therefore, the organization reflects an imbalance in its competitive performance, preventing it from meeting organizational objectives. With the completion of the interview that was carried out with the manager of the Cooperative as well as the surveys applied to the personnel that work in it, it was possible to corroborate with the information presented mainly in the approach in which there is an inefficient administrative management, which leads to the internal processes are not executed in an adequate way, therefore, the fulfillment of the objectives have been negative, in such a way, through an adequate management action to the company, an improvement can be obtained through a generalized assessment and thus identify existing shortcomings in the business. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso basado en la gestión administrativa de la Cooperativa de Transporte Flota Babahoyo Interprovincial del periodo 2022, a través del análisis ejecutado se pudo identificar que existen falencias importantes dentro de la empresa, lo cual, ha conllevado que exista una disminución económica en la empresa y por lo consiguiente afecta a los empleados, esto ha provocado que la atención a los clientes se vean afectada por estos factores importantes, por lo consiguiente, la organización refleja en su desempeño competitivo un desequilibrio evitando cumplir con los objetivos organizacionales. Con la realización de la entrevista que se ejecutó al gerente de la Cooperativa como también las encuestas aplicadas al personal que labora en la misma se pudo corroborar con la información presentada principalmente en el planteamiento en que existe una gestión administrativa ineficiente, lo que conlleva a que los procesos internos no se ejecuten de una manera adecuado, por lo tanto, el cumplimiento de los objetivos han sido negativo, de tal manera, a través de una adecuada acción de gestión a la compañía se puede obtener una mejora a través de una valoración generalizada y así identificar las falencias existentes en el negocio. | es_ES |
