dc.descriptionA good level in the learning and teaching process is reflected in the educational quality, through an efficient management of the managers. Quality change is one of the challenges of educational institutions, it leads to continuous improvement in learning processes. The research "Management of managers and their influence on the educational quality of the U.E. "Francisco Huerta Rendón" 6th grade from the city of Babahoyo; had the objective of improving the educational quality of the EU "Francisco Huerta Rendón". A quantitative methodology was presented; With a non-experimental, descriptive design, methodologically the research has the purpose of observing if there is a correlation between the variables. A sample of students and managers to whom the survey was applied was extracted. Results regarding the educational quality, it is observed that the majority of the students 47.5% are satisfied with it, on the management of the managers, 70% considered that it is efficient, on whether the managers seek to improve the educational quality , half of the students 77.5% consider that they are committed, in terms of promoting an environment of respect and tolerance among students, half of the students 52% consider that it is fostered. It is concluded that the management of the board is efficient, it is related to educational quality, although some aspects must be improved, such as support for students to achieve their academic goals and the perception that managers make fair and equitable decisions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractUn buen nivel en el proceso de aprendizaje y enseñanza se refleja en la calidad educativa, a través de una gestión eficiente de los directivos. El cambio de calidad es uno de los retos de las instituciones educativas, conlleva a la mejora continua en los procesos de aprendizaje. La investigación “Gestión de los directivos y su influencia en la calidad educativa de la U.E. "Francisco Huerta Rendón" 6to grado de básica de la ciudad de Babahoyo; tuvo objetivo mejorar la calidad educativa de la UE "Francisco Huerta Rendón". Se presentó una metodología cuantitativa; con un diseño no experimental, descriptivo, metodológicamente la investigación tiene el propósito de observar si existe correlación entre las variables. Se utilizó una muestra de estudiantes y directivos a los cuales se les aplico la encuesta. Resultados referentes a la calidad educativa, se observa que la mayoría de los estudiantes 47,5% se encuentran satisfechos con la misma, sobre la gestión de los directivos, el 70% consideraron que es eficiente, sobre si los directivos buscan mejorar la calidad educativa, la mitad de los estudiantes 77,5% considerando que están comprometidos, en cuanto al fomento de un ambiente de respeto y tolerancia entre los estudiantes, la mitad de los estudiantes 52% considera que sí se fomenta. Se concluye la gestión de la directiva es eficiente presenta relación con la calidad educativa, aunque algunos aspectos deben ser mejorados, como el apoyo a los estudiantes para alcanzar sus metas académicas y la percepción de que los directivos tomen decisiones justas y equitativas.es_ES
