| dc.description | The present investigation called, Customer Service in the Washing and Lubricating Company "San Juan", Period 2022, was developed with the intuition of seeing the impact that that Parish lacks, due to the large commercials that are dedicated to the same activity, This is due to the fact that it is a busy area, which indicates the generation of sources of entrepreneurship, choosing to strengthen new changes in the canton and being able to qualify it as an investment area, it is for this reason that the idea of installing a lubricator and washing machine was born. , a company that aspires to provide a good washing, oil change, greasing, spraying and cleaning service for light and heavy vehicles. The "San Juan" Vehicle Washer and Lubricator Company is located in the San Juan Parish, on the Pan-American Highway next to the gas station, a very wide road with high vehicular traffic and easy access. Within this case study, the user experience method was applied, taking into account the formalization within the market by customers within the San Juan parish, a probabilistic sampling was obtained to survey 377 people, where relevant information was substituted. , to generate results in the establishment, given the hours of attention of the types of services that the competitive market requires, were fundamental instruments to obtain results of great value when knowing the preferential aspects in the use of a lubricator in this parish. The market study according to the survey made it possible to locate the lubricator and washing machine in the San Juan parish, since there is the best demand for this type of service, facilitating through this project the search for ideas for their activities. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación denominada, Servicio al Cliente en la Empresa Lavadora y Lubricadora “San Juan”, Periodo 2022, se desarrolló con la intuición de ver el impacto que carece aquella Parroquia, debido a los grandes comerciales que se dedican a la mismas actividad, se da debido a que es una zona consideradamente transitada, lo cual indica la generación de fuentes de emprendimiento, optando fortalecer nuevos cambios en el cantón y poder calificarla como una área de inversión, es por esta razón que nace la idea de instalar una lubricadora y lavadora, empresa que aspira brindar un buen servicio de lavado, cambio de aceite, engrasado, pulverizado y limpieza a vehículos livianos y pesados. La Empresa de lavadora y lubricadora de Vehículos “San Juan”, se encuentra ubicada en la Parroquia San Juan, en la vía panamericana a lado de la gasolinera, una vía muy amplia, de alta circulación vehicular y fácil acceso. Dentro de este estudio de caso se aplicó el método de experiencia del usuario, tomando en cuenta la formalización dentro del mercado por parte de los clientes dentro la parroquia San Juan, se obtuvo un muestreo probabilístico para encuestar a 377 personas, donde se sustituyó información relevantes, para generar resultandos en el establecimiento , dado a los horarios de atención de los tipos de servicios que requieren el mercado competitivo, fueron instrumentos fundamentales para obtener resultados de gran valor al momento de conocer los aspectos de preferencia en el uso de una lubricadora en esta parroquia. El estudio de mercado según la encuesta permitió localizar la lubricadora y lavadora en la parroquia San Juan, por cuanto ahí se encuentra la mejor demanda de este tipo de servicio, facilitando a través de este proyecto ir a la búsqueda de ideas, para sus actividades. | es_ES |
