dc.description.abstractLa investigación científica realizada evaluó la estrategia de marketing del gimnasio "Rage Gym" en la parroquia Barreiro del cantón de Babahoyo durante el periodo 2022. Se utilizó una metodología mixta que combina técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, así como una investigación descriptiva con una muestra de usuarios del gimnasio y una entrevista al dueño del local de entrenamiento. El resultado encontrado indica que la falta de una estrategia efectiva de fidelización de clientes puede ser una de las razones por las cuales la empresa ha experimentado una disminución en la cantidad de clientes en los últimos meses.
