dc.descriptionThis case study has the general objective: Analyze the corporate image of the commercial Angelito, determining the factors that affect the perspective that the consumer has to create a direct relationship with the client, for the execution of the object of investigation, a directed interview was implemented. to the owner of the commercial in order to know components that influence the perception of the user, there was a need to develop a customer survey to find out their point of view regarding the supply of the premises, it was inevitable to resort to research instruments such as books and doctoral theses in order to acquire new knowledge about the study variable. This paper offers such research and presents the respective conclusion of interest to professionals, businessmen and academics, as well as future lines of research.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste caso de estudio tiene como objetivo general: Analizar la imagen corporativa del comercial Angelito, determinando los factores que inciden en la perspectiva que tiene el consumidor para crear una relación directa con el cliente, para la ejecución del objeto de investigación se implementó una entrevista dirigida al propietario del comercial con la finalidad de conocer componentes que influyen en la percepción del usuario, existió la necesidad de elaborar una encuesta al cliente para conocer su punto de vista en cuanto al abastecimiento del local, fue inevitable acudir a instrumentos de investigación como libros y tesis doctorales con la finalidad de adquirir nuevos conocimientos sobre la variable de estudio . En este trabajo se ofrece dicha investigación y se presenta la respectiva conclusión de interés para profesionales, empresarios y académicos, así como futuras líneas de investigación.es_ES
