dc.descriptionThis case study called Digital Marketing Plan of the company ''Sonimag'' of the city of Babahoyo, was developed for the analysis of the situation of the company ''Sonimag'' regarding the implementation of a Digital Marketing Plan as a guide of strategic actions for the improvement of service and market position during the period 2022. The process of elaboration of this document employed research tools such as the qualitative and quantitative method, in addition to techniques and instruments such as questionnaires for surveys and question guides, the same were adequately complemented to detect the current situation of the company. The market, customers, especially marketing, have evolved along with technology, for many the internet has caused a revolution in the way of doing business. Currently, organizations seek to include technology because of all the advantages that its use brings with it. The company ''Sonimag'' must participate and have multichannel that allows the consumer to interact more with the organization, that is why we sought to perform an analysis of all aspects that should be taken into account for the company to implement an appropriate Digital Marketing Plan, to provide better service, increase its reach, improve its position in the market and have satisfied customers. Digital Marketing strategies are proposed so that the company can use them at its disposal and benefit from them.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio denominado Plan de Marketing Digital de la empresa ‘’Sonimag’’ de la ciudad de Babahoyo, se desarrolló para el análisis de la situación de la empresa ‘’Sonimag’’ referente a la aplicación de un Plan de Marketing Digital como guía de acciones estratégicas para el mejoramiento del servicio y posición en el mercado durante el periodo 2022. El proceso de elaboración de este documento empleó herramientas investigativas como el método cualitativo y cuantitativo, además de técnicas e instrumentos como cuestionarios para encuestas y guías de preguntas, las mismas se complementaron adecuadamente para detectar la situación actual de la empresa. El mercado, los clientes, sobre todo el Marketing, han evolucionado junto con la tecnología, para muchos el internet ha causado revolución en la forma de hacer comercio. Actualmente las organizaciones buscan incluir la tecnología debido a todas las ventajas que su uso trae consigo. La empresa ‘’Sonimag’’ debe participar y disponer de multicanalidad que le permita al consumidor interactuar más con la organización, es por ello que se buscó realizar un análisis de todos los aspectos que se deben tomar en cuenta para que la empresa implemente un Plan de Marketing Digital adecuado, que brinde un mejor servicio, incremente su alcance, mejore su posición en el mercado y tenga clientes satisfechos. Se proponen estrategias de Marketing Digital con el fin de que la empresa las use a su disposición y se beneficie de ellas.es_ES
