dc.descriptionThis case study deals with the problems related to the sales processes that are generated in the Ronquillo Sandoya group of the City of Babahoyo, a marketer of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies. The importance of the investigative activity is framed in recommendations, aimed at strengthening the company's sales. To achieve the objectives, methods of the empirical and theoretical level of scientific research were used, among them the documentary study and the analysis and synthesis. In the research chosen to write this, findings were achieved such as the identification of strategies capable of enhancing the marketing processes of the company under study, which, if taken into account by the managers of the marketing entity, could improve sales management, Using an interview, a survey of the manager, director and clients based on the needs of the latter, arriving at the following conclusions: the realization of a market study that facilitates the company to make informed decisions about the launch of new products, the entry into new markets and the use of strategies that condition the company's advertising, recommending the application of digital marketing strategies and trained personnel.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio trata los problemas relacionados a los procesos de ventas que se generan en el grupo Ronquillo Sandoya de la Ciudad de Babahoyo, comercializadora de productos farmacéuticos e insumos médicos. La importancia de la actividad investigativa se enmarca en recomendaciones, dirigidas a fortalecer las ventas de la empresa. Para el logro de los objetivos, se utilizaron métodos del nivel empírico y teórico de la investigación científica, entre ellos el estudio documental y el análisis y síntesis. En la investigación escogida para escribir el presente se lograron hallazgos tales como la identificación de estrategias capaces de potenciar los procesos de comercialización de la empresa objeto de estudios, que de tenerse en cuenta por los directivos de la entidad comercializadora podría mejorar la gestión de ventas, utilizando entrevista, encuesta a gerente, director y clientes a partir de las necesidades de estos últimos, arribándose a las siguientes conclusiones: la realización de un estudio de mercado que le facilite a la empresa a tomar decisiones informadas sobre el lanzamiento de nuevos productos, la entrada en nuevos mercados y la utilización de estrategias que condicionen la publicidad de la compañía, recomendándose la aplicación de estrategias de marketing digital y personal capacitado.es_ES
