dc.descriptionThe present case study carried out within the company D'JAVI GYM to publicize the shortcomings regarding the application of strategies in online marketing raised in the gym, aims to determine the management of digital marketing of the company D' JAVI GYM, so that it gains traction and social recognition in the widest and safest way. Therefore, according to the perception of the frequent clients of the gym, it was observed that it was important to carry out this case study, since it is considered important that companies update themselves because we are in the digital age and any valid promotion for the company is with the use of the same. With the completion of the interview with 136 people, both those who have attended and have not attended the gym, it was observed that clients realize the lack of good management in the digital marketing of the company, they consider it necessary for the company to Create a web page where they can view training plans, online payments, complaint mailboxes or quick messages, quotes, etc. A web page is important for companies to obtain social recognition in an adequate way, with the interview we observed that the company only has 2 social networks, which are Instagram and Facebook and they do not have a person in charge of developing strategies to carry out the their growth, therefore, they need to improve a lot in terms of their management in digital marketing, since they do not have a marketing department with people in charge of what the company must implement for its proper management, it generates shortcomings and loss of opportunities to make the company increase its clients and become more socially recognized, they need to evaluate their own performance and see what they could improve to achieve their objectives.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso realizado dentro de la empresa D ´JAVI GYM para dar a conocer las falencias referentes a la aplicación de las estrategias en el marketing online planteado en el gimnasio, tiene como objetivo Determinar la gestión del marketing digital de la empresa D´JAVI GYM, para que gane tracción y reconocimiento social de la forma más amplia y segura. Por ende, según la percepción de los clientes frecuentes del gimnasio se observó que era importante realizar este estudio de caso, ya que, se considera importante que las empresas se actualicen porque estamos en la era digital y toda promoción válida para la compañía es con la utilización del mismo. Con la realización de la entrevista a 136 personas tanto los que han asistido y no han asistido al gimnasio se pudo observar que los clientes se dan cuenta de la falta de una buena gestión en el marketing digital de la empresa, consideran necesario que la empresa se cree una página web donde ellos puedan visualizar, planes de entrenamiento, pagos en línea, buzones de queja o mensajes rápidos, cotizaciones, etc. Una página web es importante para que las empresas logren obtener reconocimiento social de manera adecuada, con la entrevista observamos que la empresa solo cuenta con 2 redes sociales las cuales son Instagram y Facebook y no tienen una persona encargada de desarrollar estrategias para llevar a cabo el crecimiento de las mismas, por ende, les hace falta mejorar mucho en cuestión a su gestión en el marketing digital, al no contar con un departamento de marketing con personas encargadas de lo que la empresa debe implementar para el buen manejo del mismo, genera falencias y pérdida de oportunidades para hacer que la empresa aumente de clientes y se haga socialmente más reconocida, necesitan evaluar su propio rendimiento y ver en que podrían mejorar para lograr cumplir sus objetivos.es_ES
