| dc.description | The present case study that was developed in the Credifacil warehouse, located in the Montalvo canton with the purpose of analyzing inventory management for the construction of improvement strategies. The research was carried out considering the descriptive research methodology in which the shortcomings of the company were organized, summarized and analyzed. Inventory management is responsible for monitoring the products and acquiring what is necessary to maintain an adequate stock, therefore, it will provide accurate information on the shortcomings of the warehouse and providing possible solutions that can be applied for improvement. In the investigation carried out in the Credifacil warehouse, I have the following results: they do not have control of the entrances and exits of the products from the warehouse, there is no database that shows the stocks of the products in the warehouse, lack of implementation of new stock techniques. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se desarrolló en el almacén Credifacil, ubicado en el cantón Montalvo con el propósito de analizar la gestión de inventario para la construcción estrategias de mejora. La investigación se efectúo considerando la metodología de la investigación descriptiva en que se organizó, resumió y analizó las falencias de la empresa. La gestión de inventarios se encarga de dar seguimiento de los productos y adquirir lo necesario para mantener un stock adecuado, por lo tanto, va aportar información precisa sobre las falencias del almacén y proporcionando posibles soluciones que puedan aplicarse para mejorar. En la investigación realizada en el almacén Credifacil arrojo los siguientes resultados, no tienen control de la entradas y salidas de los productos de la bodega, no existe una base de datos que muestren las existencias de los productos en la bodega, falta de implementación de nuevas técnicas de stock. | es_ES |
