| dc.description | This case study of resilience aims to establish the emotional crisis presented by the 20-year-old girl from the city of Babahoyo. Resilience refers to the ability that some adolescents have to remain positively active after the adversities of their environment and recover from their calamity whatever the reason for their emotional crisis. This research has been developed in a methodological process Among the most used instruments are clinical history, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-2), Hamilton Scale for depression, which are composed of a set of questions regarding the variables that are subject to measurement, and that are elaborated taking into account the diagnosis of the work that is being carried out. Resilience has been an important component within the theory and research on the emotional crisis, since it is situated in a humanistic approach favoring the mental health and normality of the young woman to progress and be better, despite adverse situations, this allowed to emerge as a precedent for positive psychology integrating and generating a complete and optimistic perspective of the human being, highlighting the strengths promoting well-being and the pursuit of happiness. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso de resiliencia tiene como objetivo establecer la crisis emocional que presenta la joven de 20 años de la ciudad de Babahoyo. La resiliencia se refiera a la capacidad que tienen algunos adolescentes para mantenerse positivamente activa tras las adversidades de su entorno y se recuperen con su calamidad sea cual fuere el motivo de su crisis emocional. Esta investigación se ha desarrollado en un proceso metodológico Entre los instrumentos más utilizados se encuentran historia clínica, inventario de depresión de Beck (BDI-2), de Escala de Hamilton para la depresión, los cuales están compuestos por un conjunto de preguntas con respecto a las variables que están sujetas a medición, y que son elaborados teniendo en cuenta el diagnóstico del trabajo que se está realizando. La resiliencia ha constituido un importante componente dentro de la teoría y la investigación sobre la crisis emocional, ya que la misma se sitúa en un enfoque humanista favoreciendo la salud mental y normalidad de la joven a progresar y ser mejores, pese a situaciones adversas, esto permitió surgir como antecedente para la psicología positiva integrándose y generando una perspectiva completa y optimista del ser humano, destacando las fortalezas promoviendo el bienestar y la búsqueda de la felicidad. | es_ES |
