dc.descriptionThe present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of the work climate on stress in workers working in an importer located in the canton El Empalme, belonging to the province of Los Ríos, Ecuador.Three purposes were proposed which were to conceptualize the work climate and stress through the bibliographic study of several authors, a second purpose was to identify through information gathering tools the characteristics of the work climate and stress and finally it was intended to describe the incidence of the work climate on the stress of workers of an importing company of the canton El Empalme. The theoretical framework refers to theories and criteria regarding the research variables: Work climate and stress. The hypothesis of this research work questions whether the importing company Alonzo maintains a working climate that affects the generation of workers' stress. The type of research is nonexperimental and correlative in addition to employing a quantitative approach, The research was developed with the collaboration of 25 employees belonging to the company and resulted in low levels on the scale that qualifies the work climate that define it as authoritarian, as well as high levels of work stress. Concluding that if there is an inversely proportional relationship between the authoritarian and inadequate work climate present in the institution and the high levels of general work stress revealed by its employees and recommending that workshops be applied to improve management organizational and leadership.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la influencia del clima laboral en el estrés en los trabajadores que trabajan en una importadora ubicada en el cantón El Empalme, perteneciente a la provincia de Los Ríos, Ecuador. Se plantearon tres propósitos los cuales fueron conceptualizar sobre el clima laboral y el estrés mediante el estudio bibliográfico de varios autores, un segundo propósito fue identificar a través de herramientas de recopilación de información las características del clima laboral y estrés y finalmente se pretendió describir la incidencia del clima laboral en el estrés de los trabajadores de una empresa importadora del cantón el Empalme. El marco teórico refiere teorías y criterios respecto a las variables investigativas: Clima laboral y estrés. La hipótesis de este trabajo investigativo cuestiona si la empresa importadora Alonzo mantiene un clima laboral que incide en la generación estrés de los trabajadores. El tipo de investigación es no experimental y correlacional además de emplear un enfoque cuantitativo, la investigación se elaboró con la colaboración de 25 empleados pertenecientes a la empresa y dio como resultado niveles bajos en la escala que califica el clima laboral que lo definen como autoritario, así como también refieren altos niveles de estrés laboral. Concluyendo que si existe una relación inversamente proporcional entre el clima laboral autoritario e inadecuado presente en la institución y los altos niveles de estrés laboral general que revelan sus empleados y recomendando que se apliquen talleres que mejoren la dirección organizacional y el liderazgo.es_ES
