dc.descriptionThe health crisis caused by the COVID 19 pandemic caused a wide variety of changes in the different aspects of people's lives, this included the work area, therefore, the educational field was no exception, to adapt to the measures of security and continue with the development of academic activities, it was necessary to change the work modality, making educational institutions opt for the alternative of teleworking and consequently causing teachers to suddenly adjust to it. This modality allowed to maintain professional activities in progress, through the use of different devices and technological means, however factors such as lack of training in new technologies, social isolation and the combination of the work area with the family along with the circumstances in those that applied such tools achieved that teleworking, despite being useful, generated problems that affected the well-being and mental health of teachers. The main symptoms presented by the teachers were those of anxiety, depression and, above all, stress, which is one of those responsible for many diseases such as stroke, migraines, facial strokes, among others, even though our project does not reveal statistical data. About stress in these diseases is very well known, that stress is usually ignored by a large number of people, which is a very big mistake, teachers suffered from many of these symptoms, which caused some to get sick without know what the beginning of your discomfort was.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la pandemia del COVID 19 provoco una gran variedad de cambios en los diferentes aspectos en la vida de las personas, esto incluyo el área laboral, así pues, el ámbito educativo no fue la excepción, para adaptarse a las medidas de seguridad y continuar con el desarrollo de las actividades académicas fue necesario el cambio de la modalidad de trabajo, logrando que las instituciones educativas optaran por la alternativa del teletrabajo y por consecuente provocando que los docentes se ajustaran de forma repentina a la misma. Dicha modalidad permitió mantener las actividades profesionales en progreso, mediante el uso de diferentes aparatos y medios tecnológicos, sin embargo factores como la falta de capacitación de las nuevas tecnologías, el aislamiento social y la combinación del área laboral con la familiar junto con las circunstancias en las que se aplicaron tales herramientas lograron que el teletrabajo a pesar de ser útil generara problemas que afectaron el bienestar y la salud mental de los docentes. Los principales síntomas que presentaron los docentes fueron los de ansiedad, depresión y, sobre todo el estrés que es uno de los responsables, de muchas enfermedades como un accidente cerebro vascular, migrañas, derrames faciales entre otras, aun que nuestro proyecto no revela datos estadísticos sobre el estrés en dichas enfermedades es muy bien sabido, que el estrés suele ser ignorado por un gran número de personas, la cual es un error muy grande, los docentes sufrieron de muchos de estos síntomas, lo que provoco en algunos que se enfermaran sin saber cuál fue el comienzo de su malestar.es_ES
