dc.descriptionStress is the set of emotional, cognitive, and physiological reactions that the person experiences after carrying out activities that generate negative or harmful aspects that have repercussions for their physical and psychological health. With the pandemic due to the COVID-19 virus, the population had the need to adapt to new demands that later the health bodies in order to reduce infections, one way to adapt work was the teleworking modality, the same one that forced the individual to work from home, adapt to the use of information technologies for the fulfillment of their tasks. Teleworking emerges as a regulation issued by the Ministry of Labor based on pandemic prevention measures, this leads to the total confinement of people creating tension in the family environment of each one of them; That is why the present investigation seeks to relate teleworking with stress in an official who works as coordinator of the El Vergel and La Cadena area located in the Valencia canton, her work was previously directed from the offices in the MIES located in the Quevedo canton belonging to the province of Los Ríos. To carry out this research, work sessions were created where the official was interviewed to know the symptoms that she was experiencing due to stress and thus determine its relationship with teleworking; To determine the level of affectation, she was asked to answer a questionnaire of open questions and some psychometric tests that indicated the level of incidence and vulnerability to stress of the patient.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estrés es el conjunto de reacciones emocionales, cognitivas y fisiológicas que la persona experimenta tras la realización de actividades que generan aspectos negativos o nocivos teniendo repercusiones para su salud física y psicológica. Con la pandemia por el virus COVID-19 la población tuvo la necesidad de adaptarse a nuevas demandas que establecieron los cuerpos sanitarios con el fin de disminuir los contagios, una forma de adaptar los trabajos era la modalidad de teletrabajo, la misma que obligaba al individuo a laboral desde su hogar, adaptarse al uso de las tecnologías de información para el cumplimiento de sus labores. El teletrabajo emerge como una normativa emitida por el Ministerio de Trabajo en base a las medidas de prevención de la pandemia, esto llevo al confinamiento total de las personas creando tensión en el ambiente familiar de cada uno de ellos; es por ello que la presente investigación busca relacionar el teletrabajo con el estrés en una funcionaria que labora como coordinadora de la zona de El vergel y La Cadena ubicadas en el cantón Valencia, su labor la dirigía anteriormente desde las oficinas en el MIES ubicada en el cantón Quevedo perteneciente al la provincia de los Ríos. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se crearon sesiones de trabajo en donde se entrevistaba a la funcionaria con el fin de conocer la sintomatología que estaba atravesando causadas por el estrés y así determinar la relación del mismo con el teletrabajo; para determinar el nivel de afectación se le pidió resolver un cuestionario de preguntas abiertas y unos test psicométricos que indicaban el nivel de incidencia y vulnerabilidad al estrés de la paciente.es_ES
