dc.descriptionThe present case study was carried out with the interest of knowing about the incidence of the post-pandemic face-to-face modality in the development of anxiety in a 13-year-old adolescent from the Baba canton, because returning to face-to-face classes entails various health protocols and physical distancing, which can lead to mental health problems in certain students, such as anxiety, the beneficiary of the case study is the adolescent, the family, the educational unit where the patient studies, and the community university, this case study will remain as a research contribution and it was feasible because it had the authorization of the mother, and the collaboration and availability of the adolescent, and for the collection of information for the case study the following were used: as The type of research used was the correlational and the non-experimental design, the mixed research approach was also used. And the techniques of direct observation and the semi-structured interview and instruments were also used, the clinical history, Hamilton anxiety scale and Liebowitz Scale for social anxiety were used. According to the results obtained, it was possible to determine that the face-to-face modality post-pandemic if it affects the development of adolescent anxiety since it could be denoted that the return to face-to-face classes post-pandemic ends up affecting the adolescent in terms of their emotions, their thoughts, and their behavior, due to all the tension that it generates leaving his house to school where he feels suffocated with all the protocols he must follow, and all this causes him fears, nerves and thoughts that something could happen to him, such as getting infected, which led him to adopt an isolation behavior.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se llevó a cabo con el interés de conocer sobre la incidencia de la modalidad presencial post pandemia en el desarrollo de la ansiedad de un adolescente de 13 años del cantón Baba, , porque el volver a las clases presenciales conlleva consigo diversos protocolos de salud y distanciamiento físico, lo que puede llegar a generar problemas en la salud mental en ciertos estudiantes como puede ser la ansiedad, el beneficiario del estudio de caso es el adolescente, la familia, la unidad educativa donde estudia el paciente y la comunidad universitaria ,este estudio de caso quedará como un aporte de investigación y fue factible porque se contó con la autorización de la madre, y la colaboración y disponibilidad del adolescente, y para la recolección de información para el estudio de caso se utilizó los siguientes: como tipo de investigación se utilizó el correlacional y el diseño no experimental , también se utilizó el enfoque de investigación mixto. Y también se utilizó las técnicas de observación directa y la entrevista semi estructurada y de instrumentos se utilizó la historia clínica, escala de ansiedad de Hamilton y Escala de Liebowitz para la ansiedad social .De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se pudo determinar que la modalidad presencial post pandemia si incide en el desarrollo de ansiedad del adolescente ya que se pudo denotar que el regreso a clases presenciales post pandemia termina afectando al adolescente en lo que respecta a sus emociones, sus pensamientos, y su conducta, debido toda la tensión que le genera salir de su casa al colegio donde se siente sofocado con todos los protocolos que debe seguir, y todo esto le ocasiona miedos, nervios y pensamientos como que le pueda pasar algo como contagiarse lo que le llevo a tomar una conducta de aislamiento.es_ES
