dc.descriptionEducation has evolved in the country and the whole world, it took an unexpected turn, because face-to-face education became virtual, all this because of the pandemic. Virtual education is a gain for the times of pandemic, but at the same time, there are millions of students who can be left out of learning because they do not have the necessary financial resources, this scenario turned education in the year 2020 worldwide. The skills are related to expressing our opinions, thoughts, feelings or desires without feeling bad about it and without making other people feel bad. The importance of this work is given to parents, since they will learn to know that everything in excess is negative, thus preventing extremism. In this case study, a 14-year-old adolescent was chosen to be treated and provide the necessary psychological follow-up, this case was covered from the holistic, since the problem had to be covered from the systemic family approach and the cognitive behavioral approach. which provided psychological treatment to the patient.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa educación ha evolucionado en el país y el mundo entero, dio un giro inesperado, debido a que la educación presencial pasó a ser en virtual, todo esto por causa de la pandemia. La educación virtual es una ganancia para los tiempos de pandemia, pero que, al mismo tiempo, existen millones de estudiantes que pueden quedarse fuera del aprendizaje porque no tienen los recursos económicos necesarios, ese panorama vivió la educación en el año 2020 a nivel mundial. Las habilidades están relacionadas con expresar nuestras opiniones, pensamientos, sentimientos o deseos sin sentirnos mal por ello y sin hacer sentir mal a otras personas. La importancia del presente trabajo se da para los padres de familia, ya que aprenderán a conocer que toda cosa en exceso es negativa, evitando así llegar a los extremismos. En este estudio de caso se eligió a un adolescente de 14 años, para ser tratado y brindar el seguimiento psicológico necesario, este caso se abarcó de lo holístico, ya que se tuvo que abarcar la problemática desde el enfoque familiar sistémico y en enfoque cognitivo conductual, lo cual se brindó tratamiento psicológico al paciente.es_ES
