dc.descriptionThe case presented has as its theme Teleworking and emotional state in a teacher of the PCEI Primero de Mayo Educational Unit of Caluma Canton, with the objective of determining how teleworking influences the emotional state through psychometric techniques and resources, the factors within teleworking that intervene in the emotional state of a teacher. In order to elaborate the hypothesis, methods such as the interview, the clinical history and two psychometric tests such as the Beck depression inventory and the Maslach inventory of burnout syndrome are used, concluding that the patient presents a high level of depressive symptomatology. in combination with work stress due to the change of virtual modality, which is difficult for him to handle. It is investigated in identifying the difficulty presented that characteristic of teleworking can be causing emotional instability, an approach is made with cognitive behavioral therapy, which allows identifying negative automatic thoughts in relation to the problem and a cognitive restructuring is carried out, together with with daily activities organizer which will allow you to keep an order of your routine in order to fulfill work, family and personal responsibilities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl caso presentado tiene como tema Teletrabajo y estado emocional en una docente de la Unidad Educativa PCEI Primero de Mayo del Cantón Caluma, con el objetivo de Determinar cómo influye el teletrabajo en el estado emocional mediante técnicas y recursos psicométricas los factores dentro del teletrabajo que intervienen en el estado emocional de una docente. Para poder elaborar la hipótesis se procede a utilizar métodos como la entrevista, la historia clínica y dos pruebas psicométricas como es el inventario de depresión de Beck y el inventario de Maslach del síndrome de burnout, concluyendo que la paciente presenta un alto nivel de sintomatología depresiva en combinación del estrés laboral a causa del cambio de modalidad virtual, el cual le resulta difícil de manejar. Se indaga en identificar la dificultad presentada que característica del teletrabajo puede estar ocasionando la inestabilidad emocional, se realiza una abordaje con la terapia cognitivo conductual, la cual permite identificar pensamientos automáticos negativos en relación a la problemática y se procede a realizar una restructuración cognitiva, junto con organizador de actividades diaria el que le permitirá llevar un orden de su rutina a fin de que cumpla con las responsabilidades laborales, familiares y personal.es_ES
