| dc.description | In this case study it is evident how stress in the workplace can cause affectation in the mental health of a 40-year-old worker of the municipality in the canton Montalvo, after the individual has gone through different situations that have acted as pressures at the emotional level and that little by little have been manifested at the somatic level, has been analyzed through the different evaluation instruments such as the Clinical History, Clinical Observation, also psychometric evaluation instruments such as; the Beck Depression test, the Beck Anxiety test and the Maslach Burnout Inventory which have helped to find certain symptoms in the cognitive, affective, social and somatic areas, which agree with the patient's problems; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques have also been used the same ones that have been worked on throughout the sessions, and have been sent as tasks to home, all this accompanied by a qualitative methodology; and with the help of the International Classification of Diseases CIE-10 it has been possible to determine the presumptive diagnosis in the patient. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En este estudio de caso se evidencia como el estrés en el ámbito laboral puede causar afectación en la salud mental de un trabajador de 40 años del municipio en el cantón Montalvo, luego que el individuo haya pasado por diferentes situaciones que han actuado como presiones a nivel emocional y que de a poco se han ido manifestando a nivel somático, se ha analizado a través de los diferentes instrumentos de evaluación como los son la Historia Clínica, la observación Clínica, también instrumentos psicométricos de evaluación como lo son; el test de Depresión de Beck, el test de Ansiedad de Beck y el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach los cuales ha ayudado a encontrar ciertos síntomas en las áreas ,cognitiva, afectiva, social y somática, que concuerdan con la problemática del paciente; también se han utilizado técnicas de Terapia Cognitivo Conductual las mismas que se han ido trabajando a lo largo de las sesiones, y se han enviado como tareas a casa, todo esto acompañado de una metodología cualitativa; y con ayuda de la Clasificación Internacional de Enfermedades CIE-10 se ha logrado determinar el diagnostico presuntivo en el paciente. | es_ES |
