| dc.description | The objective of the following case is to determine the viability of a Community Radio and the impact on the preservation of the Tsáchila rural culture of the Puerto Limón in the Santo Domingo Canton, considering the use of digital tools. Radio is a means of mass communication which serves as a transmitter of information, which is why it is a useful instrument when wanting to inform and publicize an event. The research that has been carried out is of the Inferential or Inductive type, for which the survey has been applied as the main technique with the help of the Google forms tool and we have proceeded to survey according to the sample, 349 inhabitants of the Tsáchilas communities located within the territory, such as Peripa, Congoma, Los Naranjos and El Poste. In conclusion, it was obtained that the Community Radio would be very well received and would have a positive impact on the preservation of culture, for which implementing the creation of a digital Community Radio as a strategy would be feasible for the Parish, since a means of communication, it is not just about communicating, it is also in charge of teaching, solving problems or avoiding them, promoting tourism and finding a place of equality between the people and their rulers. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del siguiente caso es determinar la viabilidad de una Radio Comunitaria y el impacto en la preservación de la cultura rural Tsáchila de la Parroquia Puerto Limón en el Cantón Santo Domingo, considerando el uso de herramientas digitales. La radio es un medio de Comunicación masiva la cual sirve como transmisor de información, por lo cual es un instrumento útil a la hora de querer informar y dar a conocer de algún acontecimiento. La investigación que se ha desarrollado es de tipo Inferencial o Inductiva, para lo cual se ha aplicado como técnica principal la encuesta apoyándonos de la herramienta Google formularios y se ha procedido a encuestar según la muestra, a 349 habitantes de las comunidades Tsáchilas ubicadas dentro del territorio, tales como, Peripa, Congoma, Los Naranjos y el Poste. A manera de conclusión se obtuvo que la Radio Comunitaria tendría una gran acogida e impactara de manera positiva en la preservación de la cultura, para lo cual implementar como estrategia la creación de una Radio Comunitaria digital sería factible para la Parroquia, ya que un medio de comunicación, no se trata solo de comunicar, se encarga también de enseñar, de solucionar problemáticas o evitarlas, fomentar turismo y encontrar un lugar de igualdad entre el pueblo y sus gobernantes. | es_ES |
