dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio busca analizar el recurso humano que labora en los establecimientos hoteleros en el cantón Quevedo, donde su objetivo principal es indagar si el personal se encuentra capacitado para su área establecida lo cual permitirá identificar los principales indicios que puedan impedir el crecimiento de los establecimientos hoteleros, las metodología utilizadas fueron de entrevista y encuesta para la obtención pertinente, para generar y analizar los datos y aplicar el método inductivo y poder brindar una conclusión general, se tomaron en cuenta 3 hoteles de la ciudad, se realizó la entrevista permitiendo percibir que existe un personal capacitado, sin embargo se podría mejorar la calidad de personal del talento humano.es_ES
