dc.descriptionThe present case study focuses on the market study for the creation of a tour operator in the Cantón Ventanas, for this purpose it was developed under the mixed, descriptive and field research methodologies seeking as a result to determine if the operator is feasible, However, with the application of qualitative and quantitative techniques, it is intended to obtain results based on the preferences, needs and requirements of the Ventanas community in the hiring of tourist service agencies. In this case, the chi-square formula was chosen. in order to calculate a part of the population to be studied, giving 381 people as a sample. Wondering how the market study affects and how, through the definitions of the variables, they guide the study in the search for follow-up in the environment against supply, demand and competition, also indicating the business opportunity in relation to the aforementioned that could be developed and the great impact for the community in front of the tourist activities that could be carried out, finally, it seeks to study the market to establish the tour operator and also contribute to the promotion of local attractions in the area as well as throughout the country.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se centra en el estudio de mercado para la creación de una operadora turística en el Cantón Ventanas, para tal efecto se desarrolló bajo las metodologías de investigación mixta, descriptiva y de campo buscando como resultado determinar si la operadora es factible, sim embargo con la aplicación de las técnicas cualitativa y cuantitativa se pretende obtener resultados en base a las preferencias, necesidades y requerimientos de la comunidad de Ventanas en la contratación de las agencias de servicios turísticos en este caso se optó por la fórmula de chi-cuadrado a manera de calcular una parte de la población para ser estudiada dando como muestra a 381 personas. Preguntándose de que manera incide el estudio de mercado y como atraves de las definiciones de las variables orientan al estudio en la búsqueda de seguimiento en el entorno frente a la oferta, demanda y competencia indicando así mismo con relación a lo antes mencionado la oportunidad de negocio que pudiera ser desarrollado y el gran impacto para la comunidad frente a las actividades turísticas que pudieran realizar, finalmente se busca estudiar el mercado para establecer el operador turístico y además contribuir en la promoción de los atractivos locales de la zona como de todo el país.es_ES
