dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso pretende dar a conocer un análisis sobre la calidad percibida por los clientes del complejo turístico “la isla de Luis y Cleo” para la medición de los servicios prestados a los turistas que visitan este lugar ya que esto cumple un papel fundamental para la economía no solo del complejo sino también de los pequeños negocios que ofrecen sus servicios, la percepción es un proceso por el cual las personas pueden analizar o procesar la información de un lugar u objeto basado a su experiencia, el objetivo final de la presente investigación es analizar la aceptación que tienen los turistas en base a la calidad. La metodología empleada fue de carácter exploratorio, por medio de una encuesta empleada a los clientes que frecuentan el complejo “la isla de Luis y Cleo”, esto dio un aporte positivo a la investigación en el cual se pudo conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los turistas con respecto a los servicios que presta el lugar.es_ES
