dc.descriptionCurrently, the process of teaching assistantships at the Technical University of Babahoyo is a very important procedure for many teachers and students, because it allows students to play the role of assistant in a certain subject and support the teacher. The purpose of this research was to carry out an analysis of requirements for the subsequent design of a module of the SAI system that allows automating the process of teaching aids, which, if implemented in the future, could be a possible solution for the problems that this process contains, optimizing activities, giving the possibility of carrying out a follow-up to teachers and students from the moment they apply until the end of their activities. The method used in the investigation is inductive - deductive, because it allowed to be in direct contact with the problem and through the data collection technique of the interview, it was possible to know that this process has various drawbacks that often cause delays. and difficulties in the development of the activities that are carried out during this process, in addition to the fact that there is no way to demonstrate the development of this process at the time of an internal or external evaluation that is carried out in the institution. Finally, it was possible to verify through the chi-square test that the variables studied are related and that the module proposed in the present investigation does affect the teaching aid process.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad, el proceso de ayudantías de cátedra en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo es un procedimiento muy importante para muchos docentes y estudiantes, debido a que permite a los estudiantes desempeñar el rol de ayudante en una determinada asignatura y apoyar al docente. El propósito de la presente investigación fue realizar un análisis de requerimientos para el posterior diseño de un módulo del sistema SAI que permita automatizar el proceso de ayudantías de cátedra, el cual, en caso de ser implementado en un futuro, podría suponer una posible solución para las problemáticas que contiene este proceso, optimizando actividades, dando la posibilidad de llevar un seguimiento a docentes y estudiantes desde que se postulan hasta el final de sus actividades. El método utilizado en la investigación es de tipo inductivo – deductivo, porque permitió estar en contacto directo con el problema y mediante la técnica de recolección de datos de la entrevista, se pudo conocer qué este proceso cuenta con diversos inconvenientes que en muchas ocasiones provocan retrasos y dificultades en el desarrollo de las actividades que se llevan a cabo durante este proceso, además de que no existe una manera de demostrar el desarrollo de este proceso al momento de una evaluación interna o externa que se realice en la institución. Finalmente, se utilizó el test de chi cuadrado para comprobar que las variables estudiadas en la presente investigación si tengan relación, además de comprobar la hipótesis; los resultados de este test indicaron que el módulo planteado en la presente investigación si incide en el proceso de ayudantía de cátedra.es_ES
