| dc.description | Analyze the collection management model of the electricity company Corporation National of Electricity of Los Ríos (CNEL) in the city of Babahoyo during 2021 It is important to know the collection management planning, but especially as this is used to collect the relevant information of the consumption values executed by each family in their homes. We used the method of methodological approach with which we can perform a fieldwork which consisted of interviewing the manager and surveying a certain number of users in random mode, between the questions asked to both parties are asked about the collection management and how this was applied from the points that are made to be able to fulfill this activity. | dc.description.abstract | Analizar el modelo de gestión de cobranza de la empresa eléctrica Corporación Nacional De Electricidad De Los Ríos (CNEL) en la ciudad de Babahoyo durante el año 2021 Es importante conocer la planificación de la gestión de cobranza, pero sobre todo como esta es empleada para poder recopilar la información relevante de los valores de consumos ejecutados por cada familia en sus hogares. Se utilizo el método de aproximación metodológica con el cual se puedo realizar un trabajo de campo el cual consistió en entrevistar al gerente y encuestar a un determinado número de usuarios en modalidad aleatoria, entre las preguntas realizadas a ambas partes se les pregunto sobre la gestión de cobranza y como esta era aplicada desde los puntos que son efectuados para poder cumplir con esta actividad. La de suspensión por falta de pagos o meses de retraso es una de las medidas que se han adoptado en los últimos meses para concientizar a los usuarios a que realicen la cancelación de los valores que estos tienen pendientes en sus planillas vencidas por más de dos o tres mes, actualmente se está procediendo al corte cuando no han hecho este pago en los próximos 15 días después de haber sido notificado por medio de planilla en su domicilio, el modelo de gestión de cobranza de la empresa eléctrica funciona por medio de una empresa que se encarga de realizar las labores de toma de lectura, implementar un servicio de cobranzas más amplio y optimo que le permita conocer la cantidad de kilovatios exactos para que se proceda a facturan. | es_ES |
