dc.descriptionThe realization of this case study is based on the administrative management of the Japan company in the city of Babahoyo, which focuses on demonstrating through an analysis the existence of shortcomings, problems and gaps that occur in the processes of the administration, due to having a poorly trained staff, inefficient commercial, labor and administrative strategies, do not have organizational objectives and goals per period, this has caused sales revenue to decrease, in which the influx of customers has dropped, that the growth of the organization is paralyzing, therefore, it is very important to make significant changes in the functions and activities in the company, to obtain benefits through improving their execution. Through the execution of the interview that was made to the manager of the company as well as the surveys to his personnel, it was possible to obtain data and information that yielded key and fundamental aspects to be able to compare and corroborate with the problems and causes that were identified, substantiated and analyzed in this case study, with the purpose, a process is evidenced that is executed in an inefficient way from the administrative management managed and directed by the manager who is the organizational structural head.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa realización del presente caso de estudio se encuentra basado en la gestión administrativa de la empresa Japón de la ciudad de Babahoyo, la cual, se enfoca en demostrar mediante un análisis la existencia de falencias, problemas y vacíos que se dan en los procesos de la administración, a causa de contar con un personal poco capacitado, estrategias comerciales, laborales y administrativas ineficientes, no cuentan con objetivos y metas organizacionales por periodo, eso ha provocado que los ingresos en ventas disminuyan, en que la afluencia de los clientes haya bajado, que el crecimiento de la organización se esté paralizando, por lo cual, es muy importante realizar cambiar significativos en las funciones y actividades en la compañía, para obtener beneficios a través de mejorar que se ejecuten. Mediante la ejecución de la entrevista que se le hizo al gerente de la empresa como las encuestas a su personal, se pudo obtener datos e informaciones que arrojaron aspectos claves y fundamentales para poder comparar y corroborar con los problemas y causas que fueron identificadas, fundamentadas y analizadas en este caso de estudio, con la finalidad, se evidencia un proceso que se ejecuta de manera ineficiente desde la gestión administrativa gerenciada y direccionada por el gerente que es la cabeza estructural organizacional.es_ES
