dc.descriptionIn the present investigation, the commercial management of the Montalvo branch Artefacta company is analyzed, since the few sales were found as the main problem and it is sought to know the relationship of this problem with the commercial management carried out by the company, for this reason, through theoretical bases, we we focus on knowing the commercial management to make a relationship with the company that is going to be studied, focusing on an analytical methodological framework, with a type of descriptive research and with techniques such as observation and survey, which was given through the questionnaire instrument. directed to the calculated sample and this allowed evaluating the answers, evidencing the conclusions that there are shortcomings in commercial management due to inadequate customer service and lack of content and characteristics of the products offered by Artefacta.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se analiza la gestión comercial de la empresa Artefacta sucursal Montalvo, ya que se encontró como problemática principal las pocas ventas y se busca conocer la relación de esta problemática con la gestión comercial que realiza la empresa, por ello mediante bases teóricas nos enfocamos en conocer la gestión comercial para hacer relación con la empresa que se va a estudiar, enfocándonos en un marco metodológico analítico, con un tipo de investigación descriptiva y con técnicas como la observación y la encuesta, la cual se dio mediante el instrumento de cuestionario dirigido a la muestra calculada y esto permitió evaluar las respuestas evidenciando las conclusiones de que si existe falencias en la gestión comercial debido a una inadecuada atención al cliente y por falta de contenido y características de los productos ofertados por Artefacta.es_ES
