dc.description | This case study will focus on investigating the perception of Caflosa's customers in the city of Babahoyo about the quality of the services offered by this company, because with the rapid changes that exist in the world in terms of technological advances, companies competing in the market offering similar services make the tastes and preferences of customers change and this directly affects the use of Caflosa's services today. The realization of this case study is completely justified because according to the results of the investigation, the necessary conclusions and recommendations can be presented to the administrator of the company Caflosa, allowing in some way to make changes that significantly improve a process that directly or indirectly affects the quality of services offered to customers of Caflosa in the city of Babahoyo and its surroundings. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se enfocara en investigar la percepción que tienen los clientes de Caflosa de la ciudad de Babahoyo sobre la calidad de los servicios ofertados por esta empresa, esto debido a que con los cambios vertiginosos que existen en el mundo en cuanto a los avances de la tecnología, las empresas que compiten en el mercado ofreciendo servicios similares hacen que los gustos y preferencias de los clientes cambien y esto afecta directamente la utilización de los servicios de Caflosa en la actualidad. La realización del presente estudio de caso se justifica completamente porque según los resultados de la investigación, se puedan presentar al administrador de la empresa Caflosa las conclusiones y recomendaciones necesarias que permita de alguna manera se puedan realizar los cambios que mejoren significativamente algún proceso que afecte directa o indirectamente en la calidad de los servicios ofertados a los clientes de Caflosa de la ciudad de Babahoyo y sus alrededores. | es_ES |
