The general objective is to improve the nutritional status of the 14-year-old adolescent patient through the nutritional care process. The nutritional status of the 14-year-old adolescent patient was evaluated using the anthropometric method with growth curves as tools, assessing it with the use of cut-off points or standard deviations in the weight/age indicators, where he presented a very high weight for age with a percentile >97, height/age presented a normal height for age with 0 SD and in BMI/age indicator of >3 SD indicating that she has obesity, with the biochemical method it was observed that the patient presented hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and moderate anemia, in In the clinical method, the patient had a pycnic biotype, had pale facies, a thick neck with acanthosis nigricans, moderate hair loss, pale moist mucous membranes, depigmentation, and brittle nails. hypercaloric, high carbohydrate and hyperlipidic intake. Through the entire process of nutritional care, it was possible to improve the nutritional status of the 14-year-old adolescent patient, demonstrating the efficacy of the treatment through the detailed evidence in the follow-up.es_ES
