Marketing strategies are a fundamental tool in business, a true guide and vital for companies that sell products or services, since they allow their managers and leaders to choose and apply the best and most relevant to their needs. In this research, the type of bibliographic research and descriptive research were implemented, which were fundamental for understanding the problems. In addition, the descriptive method, of a qualitative and quantitative nature, was obtained, given that through digital marketing strategies the positive and negative qualities of the María José warehouse were determined, through surveys of the survey, necessary and relevant information was obtained for the investigation.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se lo realizó en el almacén María José de la ciudad de Babahoyo. cuya actividad es ofrecer a sus clientes una variedad de productos como prendas para Damas, caballeros y niños, calzados, adornos para el hogar y demás accesorios. A su vez, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo de definir estrategias de marketing digital para mejorar su posicionamiento y aumentar sus ventas. Las estrategias de marketing son una herramienta fundamental en los negocios, una verdadera guía y vital para las empresas que comercializan productos o servicios, ya que permiten a sus gerentes y líderes elegir y aplicar lo mejor y más relevante a sus necesidades. En esta investigación se implementaron el tipo de investigación bibliográfica y la investigación descriptiva, las cuales fueron fundamentales para la comprensión de las problemáticas. Además, se utilizó el método descriptivo, de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, dado que mediante estrategias de marketing digital se determina las cualidades positivas y negativas del almacén María José, a través de encuestas de la encuesta se obtuvo información necesaria y relevante para la investigación.es_ES
