dc.descriptionThe microenterprise Yavhe Jireh is located in the city of Babahoyo, dedicated to the economic activity of selling food products and basic necessities, where there is a decrease in its level of sales due to shortcomings in the commercial management of the establishment, this due to the absence of strategies and procedures that are developed following a planning to reach the audience effectively and get their commercial preference. In this way, the case was studied in depth taking as a basis direct and indirect sources of study, in order to have knowledge of the internal and external factors that affect the commercialization of the products of the business, with this it was possible to make an analysis of data and consequently deduce real arguments concerning the situation raised.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa microempresa Yavhe Jireh se ubica en la ciudad de Babahoyo, dedicándose a la actividad económica de venta de productos alimenticios y de primera necesidad, donde se registra un decrecimiento en su nivel de ventas debido a falencias en la gestión comercial del establecimiento, esto debido a la ausencia de estrategias y procedimientos que se desarrollen siguiendo una planificación para llegar a la ausencia de forma efectiva y conseguir su preferencia comercial. De tal manera, se profundizó en el caso tomando de base fuentes directas e indirectas de estudio, para tener conocimiento de los factores internos y externos que inciden en la comercialización de los productos del negocio, con ello fue posible hacer un análisis de datos y consecuentemente deducir argumentos reales referentes a la situación planteada.es_ES
