dc.descriptionThe competitiveness of the commercial sector in recent years has grown globally, regionally and locally; In this area, JR Supermarket faces strong competition in its territory, in addition to presenting a weak quality management system oriented to good customer service, from which it is also determined that the staff does not comply with a schedule schedule, also there is irregularity of prices as products of the lack of control in the marking processes, all this has repercussions that it has a not very strong level of competitiveness, therefore the objective of this work is to analyze the level of competitiveness with the purpose of looking for a possible solution. that can be applied knowing that it is a commercial that supplies essential products, from the theoretical framework it was possible to generate arguments and analysis of the conceptualizations proposed, the methods applied in this investigation was the quantitative and qualitative approach, which were of great help to meet the objectives of this work. In the conclusions the proposed and achieved objectives are stated in which it was determined that the economic dynamism today the markets are highly competitive, the establishment under study presents internal and external problems in terms of poor training for work staff, poor advertising and unstable location which affect their competitive leveles_ES

dc.description.abstractLa competitividad del sector comercial en los últimos años ha crecido a nivel mundial, regional y local; en este ámbito Supermercado JR enfrenta una fuerte competencia en su territorio, además de presenta un débil sistema de gestión de calidad orientado al buen servicio al cliente de lo cual se determina también que no cumple un programa de horarios por el personal, igualmente se presenta irregularidad de los precios como productos de la falta de control en los procesos de marcación todo esto repercute a que tenga un nivel de competitividad no muy fuerte, por ende el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el nivel de competitividad con el propósito de buscar una posible solución que se pueda aplicar sabiendo que es un comercial que abaste productos de primera necesidad, a partir del marco teórico se pudo generar argumentos y análisis de las conceptualizaciones planteadas, los métodos aplicados en esta investigación fue el enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo mismos que fueron de gran ayuda para cumplir los objetivos de este trabajo. En las conclusiones se enuncian los objetivos propuestos y alcanzados en la cual se determinó que el dinamismo económico hoy en día los mercados son altamente competitivos, el establecimiento en estudio presenta problemas internos y externos en cuanto a la poca capacitación al personal de trabajo, la deficiente publicidad y ubicación inestable el cual afectan su nivel competitivo.es_ES
