dc.descriptionThis case study has been developed on the concept of labor harassment of women in journalism. Case Caravana 2022. Since it is a type of violence that restricts the exercise of their rights and seriously impairs the quality of life of a person. Despite the existence of laws and organizations that sanction labor and sexual harassment, little attention is paid to this issue in Ecuador. The methodology used in this work is qualitative and since the topic of study has sufficient theoretical basis, it was decided to use a non-experimental design that would be applied transversally, the technique used is the interview with the participation of two journalists and two legal professionals. By means of the conclusion where the main points were covered and for this the interview technique was used where an analysis was obtained with effective results and thanks to this study technique it was possible to gather important and necessary information from both the professionals in the legal area and the journalists, where it can be concluded that women journalists by the simple fact of being women are more vulnerable to harassment at work. It can also be concluded that people who suffer some kind of harassment in the journalistic exercise, where they can go and be taken into account is in the foundations such as Periodistas Sin Cadenas, Fundamedios and Red de Periodistas Libres so that in one way or another their cases do not remain invisible.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se ha desarrollado sobre el concepto de acoso laboral hacia la mujer en el ejercicio periodístico. Caso Caravana 2022. Ya que es un tipo de violencia que restringe el ejercicio de sus derechos y perjudica gravemente la calidad de vida de una persona. A pesar de que existen leyes y organismos que sancionan el acoso laboral y sexual, en Ecuador se presta poca atención a este tema. La metodología utilizada en el presente trabajo es cualitativa y dado que el tema de estudio tiene suficiente fundamentación teórica, se optó por utilizar un diseño no experimental que se aplicaría transversalmente, la técnica que se empleó es la entrevista donde participaron dos periodistas y dos profesionales del área jurídica. Mediante la conclusión donde se abarracó puntos principales y para esto se utilizó la técnica de entrevista donde obtuvo un análisis con resultados efectivos y gracias a esta técnica de estudio se pudo recabar información importante y necesaria tanto de las profesionales en el área jurídica como de las periodistas, donde se puede concluir que las mujeres periodistas por el simple hecho de ser mujeres son más vulnerables al acoso laboral. Así también que las personas que llegasen a sufrir algún tipo de acoso laboral en el ejercicio periodístico, donde pueden acudir y ser tomadas en cuenta es en las fundaciones por mencionar algunas Periodistas Sin Cadenas, Fundamedios y Red de Periodistas Libres para que de una u otra manera sus casos no se queden invisibilizados.es_ES
