dc.descriptionThis research has shown us that education currently faces the challenge of using technological tools to provide benefits to teachers with the necessary teaching resources and knowledge that are currently required. Therefore, the objective of proposing a teaching didactic strategy to improve teaching performance at CECIB Rumiñahui, Ventanas 2021 was raised. In this sense, the proposed methodology was based on a non-experimental design with a type of Applied-Mixed-Explanatory research. , given that it was sought to present a solution to the problem identified as teaching performance, where the study population was made up of 37 people, including teachers and parents from CECIB Rumiñahui. The results showed that 56.76% of the respondents show certain limitations of the teachers to respond to the educational approach, also 43.24% believe that even the teachers in their performance do not achieve an adequate understanding with their students and also 43.94% consider that the teachers are academically prepared to fulfill their teaching role. Finally, it was concluded with the elaboration of a proposal for the implementation of a didactic teaching strategy in order to improve the teaching performance in the CECIB Rumiñahui, Ventanas. 2021, the proposal shows a very significant level of relationship between the didactic strategy and teacher performance with a high positive relationship of Rho = 0.853.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación nos ha mostrado que la educación en la actualidad se enfrenta al desafío de utilizar las herramientas tecnológicas, para proveer beneficios en los docentes con los recursos didácticos y conocimientos necesarios que se requieren actualmente. Por lo cual se planteó el objetivo de proponer una estrategia didáctica de enseñanza para mejorar el desempeño docente en el CECIB Rumiñahui, Ventanas 2021. En ese sentido la metodología planteada se basó en un diseño no experimental con un tipo de investigación Aplicada-Mixta-Explicativa, dado que se buscó presentar una solución a la problemática identificada como el desempeño docente, donde la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 37 personas entre docentes y padres de familia del CECIB Rumiñahui. Los resultados mostraron que el 56.76 % de los encuestados evidencian ciertas limitación de los docentes para responder al enfoque educativo, asimismo el 43.24 % cree que aún los docentes en su desempeño no logran un adecuado entendimiento con sus estudiantes y también el 43.94 % considera que los docentes se encuentran académicamente preparados para el cumplimiento de su rol docente. Finalmente se concluyó con la elaboración de una propuesta para la implementación de una estrategia didáctica de enseñanza con la finalidad de mejorar el desempeño docente en el CECIB Rumiñahui, Ventanas. 2021, la propuesta muestra un nivel de relación muy significativa entre la estrategia didáctica y el desempeño docente con una relación positiva alta de Rho = 0.853.es_ES
