dc.descriptionThe realization of this research has as an objective to propose a Virtual Didactic plan to improve the Educational Service in the Luis Felipe Borja Educational Unit, Los Rios, which would help teachers to implement the necessary techniques and strategies to solve the problems presented in students such as knowledge acquisition, lack of interested, motivation, low grades, among other factors. The metholody used for the research was a non-experimental cross-sectional design, the type of investigation according to the aim is applied, with a mixed focus, its reach is descriptive and explanatory. The technique used to obtain the results is the poll, where an 18 question questionary was applied, based on the dimensions and indicators of the consistency and operalization matrix, where it was determined that the total of the population would participate in it, to obtain information and the results, which were previously validated through a SPSS software. The statistical tests show us a result of 0.000 and at the same time is < 0.05 the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, with which we affirm that the Virtual Didactic Plan variable significantly relates with the Educational Service variable. Thus, we consider that the didactic planning is a fundamental element that must be applied in educational institutions, in addition to implement multimedia tools that would help students to acquire knowledge taught by the teacher in a faster and dynamic way, where the educational service is the result of the didactic planning.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la realización del presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo proponer un plan Didáctico Virtual para mejorar el Servicio Educativo en la Unidad Educativa Luis Felipe Borja, Los Ríos, el mismo que ayudaría a los docentes a implementar técnicas y estrategias necesarias para solucionar los problemas presentados en los estudiantes como adquisición de conocimientos, carencias de interés, motivación, bajas calificaciones entre otros factores. La metodología que se utilizó para la investigación fue un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, el tipo de investigación según el propósito es aplicada, con un enfoque mixto, su alcance es tipo descriptivo y explicativo. La técnica que se utilizó para la obtención de los resultados es la encuesta, donde se aplicó un cuestionario de 18 preguntas en base a las dimensiones e indicadores de la matriz de consistencia y operalizacion, donde se determinó que el total de la población seria participe de la misma, para la obtención de la información y los resultados, las cuales fueron previamente validadas mediante un software SPSS. Las pruebas estadísticas nos muestran un resultado de 0.000 y a su vez es < 0.05 se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa, con lo cual afirmamos que la variable Plan Didáctico Virtual se relaciona significativamente con la variable Servicio Educativo. La planificación didáctica es un elemento fundamental que debe ejecutarse en las instituciones educativas, además de implementar las herramientas multimedia que ayudarían a los estudiantes a adquirir los conocimientos impartidos por el docente de una forma más rápida y dinámica, donde el servicio educativo es el resultado de una excelente planificación didáctica.es_ES
