dc.descriptionThe research was carried out with the purpose of analyzing and publicizing the importance of the gastronomy that is offered in the Vinces canton, this will allow the concurrence of tourists who will be able to taste the variety of typical dishes that are elaborated from generation to generation and with this would improve the economy of this sector of the Province of Los Ríos. The idea of the project was born due to the general ignorance and the lack of diffusion of the tourist places that offer the local gastronomy of the Vinces Canton. In recent years in Ecuador, several tourism sectors have been promoted in each of its regions, each one has incredible landscapes and a diverse climate, thus existing, a variety of exquisite cuisine, where all the provinces have their own cultures and traditions. Therefore, the research has a general objective that had as its purpose the analysis of the gastronomy and the tourist places of the Vinces canton. Through the use of the qualitative approach, the field research, also using the interview as a technique, with it we proceeded to collect the information that allowed us to obtain the data that help to understand the theme of this work in the aforementioned canton. In addition, it is necessary to mention that the sources used as reference allow for a broader knowledge of gastronomy and tourism development. Finally, with the information obtained, some solutions to the problems found in relation to the proposed topic can be determined.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa investigación se realizó con la finalidad de analizar y dar a conocer la importancia de la gastronomía que se ofrece en el cantón Vinces, esto permitirá la concurrencia de turistas que podrán degustar de la variedad de platos típicos que se elaboran de generación en generación y con esto se mejoraría la economía de este sector de la Provincia de Los Ríos. La idea del proyecto nace debido al desconocimiento general y la falta de difusión de los lugares turísticos que ofertan la gastronomía local del Cantón Vinces. En los últimos años en el Ecuador se han impulsado varios sectores turísticos en cada una de sus regiones, cada uno cuenta con paisajes increíbles y de diverso clima, existiendo de esta manera, una variedad de gastronomía exquisita, en donde todas las provincias tienen sus propias culturas y tradiciones. Por ello, la investigación cuenta con un objetivo general que tuvo como finalidad el análisis de la gastronomía y los lugares turísticos del cantón Vinces. Mediante el uso del enfoque cualitativo, la investigación de campo, utilizando además como técnica a la entrevista, con ella se procedió a recoger la información que permitió obtener los datos que ayudan a comprender la temática motivo de este trabajo en el cantón antes mencionado. Además, es necesario mencionar que las fuentes utilizadas como referencia permiten tener un conocimiento más amplio sobre la gastronomía y el desarrollo turístico. Finalmente con la información obtenida se pueden determinar algunas soluciones a la problemática encontrada con relación al tema propuesto.es_ES
