| dc.description | New technologies occupy an important place in society through which people have the freedom to express themselves, which means an opportunity for communication for the masses, so that they no longer depend solely on the usual media to be informing , provided nowadays all the facilities to be able to give an opinion, to choose, expressing their ideas to be attended. Although it is true that today's technology offers multiple benefits, it is necessary that the people of Quevedo learn to use social networks responsibly, taking care of what is published, not to follow pages that present harmful informative content where they disrespect, denigrate and offend through of what they transmit. Social networks play an important role in entertaining and informing, however, their misuse has already begun to have repercussions because there is no control and any individual can present certain types of information as true without showing reliable evidence. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Las nuevas tecnologías ocupan un lugar importante en la sociedad mediante las cuales las personas tienen la libertad de poder expresarse, lo que significa una oportunidad de comunicación para las masas, de modo que ya no se depende únicamente de los medios de comunicación habituales para estar informando, proporcionado hoy en día todas las facilidades para poder opinar, elegir, expresando sus ideas para ser atendidos. Si bien es cierto la tecnología de hoy brinda múltiples beneficios es necesario que los quevedeños aprendan a utilizar de forma responsable las redes sociales cuidando lo que se publica, a no seguir páginas que presentan un contenido informativo nocivo donde faltan el respeto denigran y ofenden a través de lo que transmiten. Las redes sociales cumplen una importante labor en entretener e informar, sin embargo, su mal uso ya ha empezado a tener repercusiones debido a que no hay un control y cualquier individuo puede presentar cierto tipo de información como verdadera sin mostrar una evidencia confiable. | es_ES |
