| dc.description | For social communicators, adjusting to an adequate language to communicate the news is important in their professional field, that reflects their professionalism and will allow them to achieve prestige and credibility, essential in a professional in this branch; In the present investigation, the Ethics Codes and their Relationship with Responsible Journalism in the Audiovisual Media "Ondas Quevedeñas Tv" of the Quevedo Canton were studied, for this purpose a non-experimental methodological design with a mixed approach was applied, empirical methods and techniques were applied , the population was extracted from data provided by the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) from the last national census in 2010 in relation to the urban population settled in what is known as the Quevedo canton whose number is 173,575 inhabitants; For the sample, a finite formula was applied, yielding a total of 384 respondents. The most important results show that 63% of the respondents do know the meaning of the ethical codes, 51% consider that the Ondas Quevedeñas Tv Channel does apply codes of ethics in its programming, likewise the majority of the respondents leaned in 35% (highest percentage) that the channel is characterized by responsibility towards its audience, likewise more than 61% consider that the channel is ethical and applies deontological codes in all news sections such as politics, economics, sports, entertainment etc. It is concluded that the open signal channel Ondas Quevedeñas TV has very good public acceptance as well as credibility due to the adoption of ethical codes. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Para los comunicadores sociales el ajustarse a un lenguaje adecuado para comunicar la noticia es importante en su ámbito profesional, aquello refleja su profesionalismo y le permitirá alcanzar prestigio y credibilidad, indispensable en un profesional de esta rama; en la presente investigación se estudió los Códigos Deontológicos y su Relación con el Periodismo Responsable en el Medio Audiovisual “Ondas Quevedeñas Tv” Del Cantón Quevedo, para tal fin se aplicó un diseño metodológico no experimental con un enfoque mixto, se aplicaron métodos y técnicas empíricas, la población fue extraída datos proporcionado por Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INEC) del último censo nacional en el año 2010 en relación a la población urbana asentada en lo que conoce como el cantón Quevedo cuyo número es 173.575 habitantes; para la muestra se aplicó una fórmula finita arrojando un total de 384 encuestados. Los resultados más importantes evidencian que el 63% de los encuestados si conoce el significado de los códigos deontológicos, un 51% considero que el Canal Ondas Quevedeñas Tv si aplican códigos de ética en su programación, así mismo la mayoría de los encuestado se inclinó en un 35% (porcentaje más alto) que el canal se caracteriza por la responsabilidad con su audiencia, así mismo más del 61% considera que el canal es ético y aplica códigos deontológicos en todas las secciones de noticias tales como política, economía, deportes, farándula etc. Se concluye que el canal de señal abierta Ondas Quevedeñas tv tiene muy buena aceptación del público además de credibilidad por la adopción de códigos deontológicos. | es_ES |
