| dc.description | The method used in this research is of two qualitative and quantitative approaches, important to detail the problem in a precise way with the possible existing and suggested solutions; field research has been used to adequately obtain information from the residents of the Bajaña port. The inductive and deductive methods used in this research allowed us to determine the incidence of intercultural communication in the transmission and dissemination of the way of life (culture) of the citizens of Puerto Bajaña; The primary technique such as the survey, adding the questionnaire as a tool or instrument to collect more specific data on the population of the Bajaña port, allowed us to demonstrate how intercultural communication benefits community development. | dc.description.abstract | El método utilizado en esta investigación es de dos enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos, importantes para detallar el problema de manera precisa con las posibles soluciones existentes y sugeridas; la investigación de campo se ha utilizado para obtener información de forma adecuada de los residentes del puerto Bajaña. Los método inductivo y deductivo empleados en esta investigación, permitieron determinar la incidencia de la comunicación intercultural en la transmisión y divulgación de la forma de vida (cultura) de los ciudadanos de Puerto Bajaña; La técnica primaria como la encuesta, añadiendo el cuestionario como herramienta o instrumento para recolectar datos más específicos de la población del puerto Bajaña, permitieron demostrar como la comunicación intercultural beneficia al desarrollo comunitario. El sector donde se realizó el trabajo investigativo cuenta con una población de 200 ciudadanos, de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra de 150 ciudadanos de la comunidad, el método utilizado para la selección de la muestra fue los métodos computacionales, en el que se concluyó de forma favorable la aceptación de las propuestas y recomendaciones además se determinó que con la divulgación de la comunicación intercultural se pueden rescatar las costumbres y tradiciones de la comunidad del puerto Bajaña Cantón Buena fe | es_ES |
