| dc.description | Assertive communication is a fundamental skill for living together. This is one of the aspects that people currently do not know about the different techniques and benefits that they can offer. While digital media are largely used for the dissemination of information within the Los Laureles community in the El Empalme canton of the Guayas province in the year 2022. The objective of this study is to learn more about the different characteristics that present both assertive communication and digital media and how they can influence the lives of people in the sector. To obtain the necessary results for our research, it was necessary to carry out a survey interviewing the different members of this community, in this way it was possible to carry out this collection of information in a sample of 96 different people who are inhabitants of the place. Where very interesting results were obtained regarding the definition of the aforementioned terms, the number of hours that these people dedicate to digital media, the devices that serve as broadcast media or the different platforms (social networks) that are used to find out these news. For this reason, it is important to take these aspects into consideration when carrying out a study related to the dissemination of news and information today. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La comunicación asertiva es una habilidad fundamental para el convivir esta es una de los aspectos que las personas en la actualidad desconocen al respecto de las diferentes técnicas y beneficios que estas pueden ofrecer. Mientras que los medios digitales son utilizados en gran medida para la difusión de la información dentro de la comunidad de Los Laureles en el cantón El Empalme de la provincia del Guayas en el año 2022. El objetivo del presente estudio es conocer mas afondo las diferentes características que presentan tanto la comunicación asertiva como los medios digitales y como estas pueden influir en la vida de las personas del sector. Para obtener los resultados necesarios para nuestra investigación fue necesario realizar una encuesta entrevistando a los diferentes miembros de esta comunidad de esta manera se pudo realizar esta recopilación de información en una muestra de 96 personas diferentes que son habitantes del lugar. Donde se obtuvieron resultados muy interesantes con respecto a la definición de los términos antes planteados, a la cantidad de horas que estas personas les dedican a los medios digitales, a los aparatos que sirven como medios de difusión o a las diferentes plataformas (redes sociales) que se utilizan para enterarse de estas noticias. Por esta razón es importante tener en consideración estos aspectos al momento de realizar un estudio relacionado con la difusión de noticias e información en la actualidad. | es_ES |
