| dc.description | In the present investigative work, virtual communication is disclosed as a promoter of the democratization of information and the influence it has on the professional development of social communicators. Its objective is to determine virtual communication and its influence on the professional development of the students of the Social Communication career of the Technical University of Babahoyo, Quevedo extension, where the practice that communicators usually have is exposed. The students of said educational institution were analyzed regarding the aspect of professional development and the implementation of virtual communication in the various fields of social communication. In the methodology, the inductive and deductive method, the sample of 142 students was taken into account, then a descriptive analysis and bibliographic data are made, it is concluded that virtual communication has captured both space and interest in the entire population of future social communicators, that is why the students have determined that through this mode of communication there are greater possibilities of developing their knowledge when they are already professional communicators. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo investigativo se da a conocer la comunicación virtual como promotora de la democratización de la información y la influencia que tiene en el desarrollo profesional de los comunicadores sociales. Como objetivo tiene determinar la comunicación virtual y su influencia en el desarrollo profesional de los estudiantes de la carrera de Comunicación Social de Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo extensión Quevedo, donde se expone la práctica que suelen tener los comunicadores. Se analizó a los estudiantes de dicha institución educativa en cuanto al aspecto del desarrollo profesional y la implementación de la comunicación virtual en los diversos campos de la comunicación social. En la metodología se el método inductivo y deductivo se tomó en cuenta la muestra de 142 estudiantes, luego se hace un análisis descriptivo y datos bibliográficos, se concluye que la comunicación virtual ha acaparado tanto espacio como interés en toda la población de futuros comunicadores sociales, es por ello que los estudiantes han determinado que por este modo de comunicación existen mayores posibilidades de desarrollar sus conocimientos cuando ya sean unos comunicadores profesionales. | es_ES |
