| dc.description | This degree work presents digital journalism and its impact on the traditional media of the Quevedo canton, adding its progress over time and where the benefits of using digital media as a new modality to communicate and interact are highlighted, since Currently, information has become global thanks to the internet. The methodology that was applied in the research work was the quantitative and qualitative approaches in order to more conveniently detail the problem that exists, and to be able to propose real solutions. Field research was used to acquire information in an insightful and timely manner from the different communication media of the Quevedo Canton. The deductive and inductive method was awarded to establish digital journalism and its impact on the traditional media of the Quevedo canton. The types of techniques such as field observation and surveys, adding a form as an instrument, which was used in order to learn more about the variables raised, and thus collect information with greater accuracy and fidelity, thus evidencing surprising results. Within the research project, a small sector of 100 citizens was established as a field population, of which 80 citizens were determined by calculating the sample. The acceptance of the recommendations and proposals was finalized favorably, in addition, a correct application of digital journalism was determined within the traditional media of the Quevedo canton. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de titulación plantea el periodismo digital y su impacto en los medios de comunicación tradicional del cantón Quevedo sumando su avance a través del tiempo y donde se resaltan los beneficios del uso de los medios digitales como una nueva modalidad para comunicar e interactuar, pues en la actualidad la información se ha globalizado gracias al internet. La metodología que se aplicó en el trabajo de investigación fueron los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo con el fin de detallar de manera más conveniente la problemática que existe, y poder plantear soluciones reales. Se empleo la investigación de campo para adquirir información de manera perspicaz y oportuna de los diferentes medios de comunicación del Cantón Quevedo. Se adjudico el método deductivo e inductivo para establecer el periodismo digital y su impacto en los medios de comunicación tradicional del cantón Quevedo. Los tipos de técnicas como observación de campo y encuestas, adicionando un formulario como instrumento, el cual se empleó con la finalidad de conocer más acerca de las variables planteadas, y así recolectar información con mayor veracidad y fidelidad, evidenciando así resultados sorprendentes. Dentro del proyecto de investigación se estableció como población de campo a un sector pequeño de 100 ciudadanos de los cuales mediante el cálculo de la muestra determina a 80 ciudadanos. Se ultimó de manera favorable la aceptación de las recomendaciones y propuestas además se determinó una correcta aplicación del periodismo digital dentro de los medios de comunicación tradicional del cantón Quevedo. | es_ES |
