dc.description | The present work was carried out with the objective of determining the impact and importance of literacy in the training process of the Communicators of the Technical University of Babahoyo "Quevedo Extension" through an investigation based on the problem of the deficiency of skills that facilitate and improve the training and professional process of the communication career. The research methodology used has a qualitative approach. The study of this theme was supported by the bibliographic documentation for the theoretical foundations. It was based on the types of exploratory and descriptive research to know the subject of study, describe and detail each of the variables and the corresponding topics. The techniques applied for the case study were observation and interview, developed in a focus group of young graduates of the Technical University of Babahoyo "Quevedo Extension", all this allowed to know, determine and analyze the importance and effect of Literacy in the training process of communicators and demonstrate the interest of professionals to receive and receive training at the University for future colleagues that allows them to create better communication skills. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de Determinar el impacto e importancia de la lectoescritura en el proceso formativo de los Comunicadores de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo “Extensión Quevedo” a través de una investigación basada en la problemática de la deficiencia de destrezas que faciliten y mejoren el proceso formativo y profesional de la carrera de comunicación. La metodología de investigación utilizada tiene un enfoque cualitativo. El estudio de esta temática tuvo como sustento la documentación bibliográfica para las fundamentaciones teóricas. Se basó en los tipos de investigación exploratoria y descriptiva para conocer el tema de estudio, describir y detallar cadauna de las variables y los temas correspondientes. Las técnicas aplicadas para el estudio de caso fueron la observación y la entrevista, desarrollada en un grupo focal de jóvenes egresados de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo “Extensión Quevedo”, todo esto permitió conocer, determinar y analizar la importancia y efecto de la Lectoescritura en el proceso formativo de los comunicadores y evidenciar el interés de los profesionales para recibir y que se reciban capacitaciones en la Universidad para futuros colegas que les permita crear mejores habilidades comunicativas. | es_ES |
