dc.descriptionThe Quinindé canton belongs to the province of Esmeraldas, Republic of Ecuador, enriched since ancient times with its gastronomy and ancestral customs, recognized for its agricultural production not only of bananas, cocoa and coffee, but because today it is the first in the production of African palm and forest resources, with an unmatched historical cultural potential, which is used by gastronomic and tourist service providers to provide better quality production and service to customers. The objective of the research was to analyze the Emerald gastronomy as a tourist factor of the Quinindé canton in 2021, to determine the strengths and weaknesses that it contributes in the tourism service of the sector, and thereby verify if they will have good productivity over time, accommodating to the needs and demands of today's tourist. The project seeks to have a broader and more decisive perspective in relation to the provision of the service, preparation and sale of typical dishes of the Emerald coast, in particular Quinindeña gastronomy, as this will help to position itself at a national and international level, to include quality in products and services, with which Quinindé will be one of the most important towns in offering as a contribution to tourism a gastronomy of quality in service and seasoning.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl cantón Quinindé, pertenece a la provincia de Esmeraldas, República del Ecuador, enriquecido desde tiempos remotos con su gastronomía y costumbres ancestrales, reconocida por su producción agrícola no solo de banano, cacao y café, sino porque en la actualidad es el primero en la producción de palma africana y recursos forestales, con un potencial histórico cultural inigualable, que es aprovechado por los prestadores de servicios gastronómico y turístico para brindar una mejor calidad en su producción y servicio a los clientes. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la gastronomía esmeraldeña como factor turístico del cantón Quinindé en el 2021, para determinar las fortalezas y debilidades que aporta en el servicio turístico del sector, y con ello verificar si tendrán una buena productividad a través del tiempo, acomodándose a las necesidades y exigencias del turista actual. Con el proyecto se busca tener una perspectiva más amplia y determinante en relación a la prestación del servicio preparación y venta de platos típicos de la costa esmeraldeña, en particular la gastronomía Quinindeña, pues ello ayudará a un posicionamiento a nivel nacional como internacional, para incluir calidad en los productos y servicios, con los que se logrará que Quinindé sea una de las localidades más importantes en ofrecer como aporte al turismo una gastronomía de calidad en servicio y sazón.es_ES
