| dc.description | The research on "Customer service strategies and their influence on tourism ventures on the Quevedo canton river route in 2022" was based on the "La Ruta del Río" sector. It is located in the San Camilo parish, it was built by the municipality in agreement with the Prefecture of Los Ríos. This road is considered as a potential tourist resource, its objective is to promote tourism development and create jobs in public areas and economic resources for investors as well as for individuals who are dedicated to the business and attention to visitors, maintaining the site. environmentally convenient with the necessary security to meet the needs of visitors with advantages and disadvantages that influence the developments found in this area. In this context, this tourist resource should be exploited to generate sources of employment in the Quevedo canton. Tourism entrepreneurship is the process by which a person or group of them starts up a new project by generating ideas and detecting opportunities. Although it is not limited to that area, it is a term closely linked to the business world, where entrepreneurship is starting a new business in order to obtain income. In chapter one contains the methodological framework of the project that includes the introduction, we can also observe the justification, the general objective, the same that will allow us to solve the problems and be able to carry out the investigation. Consequently, there is the theoretical support of the Research, where the theoretical, conceptual and legal foundations are compiled. In this, the researcher confirms the rules or study guidelines of his research. It is composed of the techniques applied for the collection of research information and the analysis of the collection of results. This allows information to be collected about the preferences, opinions and comments of the community, which will allow us to understand people's behavior. In addition, the conclusions, the bibliography are presented, ending with the annexes required in the investigation. As the author of this research work, I hope to contribute to the solution of the determined problem with commitment, responsibility and socialize it with people. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación sobre “Estrategias de atención al cliente y su influencia en los emprendimientos turísticos en la ruta del río cantón Quevedo año 2022” se basó en el sector “La Ruta del Río”. Se encuentra ubicado en la parroquia San Camilo, fue construida por la municipalidad en convenio con la Prefectura de Los Ríos. Esta vía se la considera como un potencial recurso turístico tiene como objetivo promover el desarrollo turístico y crear plazas de trabajo en las zonas públicas y recursos económicos para los inversionistas como para los individuos que se dediquen al negocio y atención a los visitantes, manteniendo el sitio ambientalmente conveniente con las seguridades debidas para atender las necesidades de los visitantes con ventajas y desventajas que influyen en los emprendimientos que se encuentra en esta zona. En este contexto, se debe explotar este recurso turístico, para generar fuentes de empleos en el cantón Quevedo. El emprendimiento turístico es el proceso mediante el cual una persona o grupo de ellas pone en marcha un nuevo proyecto a partir de generar ideas y detectar oportunidades. Si bien no se limita a ese ámbito, es un término muy ligado al mundo empresarial, donde emprender es iniciar un nuevo negocio con el fin de obtener ingresos. En el capítulo uno contiene el marco metodológico del proyecto que incluye la introducción, también podemos observar la justificación, el objetivo general, el mismo que nos permitirá resolver los problemas y poder llevar a cabo la investigación. Por con siguiente está el sustento teórico de la Investigación, donde se compilan la fundamentación teórica, conceptual y legal. En este el investigador confirma las normas o pautas de estudio de su investigación. Está compuesto por las técnicas aplicadas para la recolección de la información de la investigación y el análisis de recolección de resultados. Este permite recoger información sobre las preferencias, opiniones y comentarios de la comunidad, los mismos que permitirán comprender el comportamiento de las personas. Además se presentan las conclusiones, la bibliografía, finalizando con los anexos requeridos en la investigación. Como autor de este trabajo de investigación espero contribuir a la solución del problema determinado con compromiso, responsabilidad y socializarlo con las personas. | es_ES |
