| dc.description | The local gastronomy of Ventanas is varied and colorful, exquisite, however, its potential for typical dishes has not had enough scope to become a tourist power and therefore economic in the development of its inhabitants. The objective of this paper is to analyze the influence of gastronomic factors on the economic development of the "Los Ángeles" parish of the Ventanas canton, in relation to the innovation generated by its typical dishes. Through the application of research methods such as population sampling using surveys as a tool. Through the investigative methods, it was obtained that both variables, gastronomic and economic, have an important relationship in the development of the parish, both preserve the traditional, resulting in a fusion for the advancement of a population. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La gastronomía local de Ventanas es variada y colorida, exquisita, sin embargo, su potencial de platillos típicos no ha tenido el alcance suficiente para llegar a ser potencia turística y por ende económica en el desarrollo de sus habitantes. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de los factores gastronómicos en el desarrollo económico de la parroquia “Los Ángeles” del cantón Ventanas, con relación a la innovación que generan sus platillos típicos. A través de la aplicación de métodos de investigación como tomas de muestra de población usando como herramienta encuestas. Mediante los métodos investigativos se obtuvo que ambas variables, la gastronómica y la económica tiene una relación importante en el desarrollo de la parroquia, ambas preservan lo tradicional dando como resultado una fusión para el avance de una población. | es_ES |
