dc.descriptionThis research work was developed based on the island agricultural production association (ASOPROAISLA), in order to analyze in detail, the multifunctionality of executive secretaries and the importance they have in the labor demand of companies, to promote a more effective work of those who are currently part of the secretarial staff of the institutions of the canton of Vinces. A low work performance was detected due to the load of tasks assigned to the secretaries, which frequently becomes accumulated work due to the excess of activities and lack of time to perform them. The case study seeks to propose strategies to reduce this problem in order to improve the work process in the institutions. For this it has been necessary to apply research methods and data collection techniques such as surveys in order to determine the relationship and influence of the topics presented and to propose possible results that lead to a better labor production by the secretaries and thus offer a better service for the company as well as for the users and the community. The results allowed to know the activities performed by the secretaries in the different departments of the institution, whether large, medium or small, and to make known the importance of the secretary in the facilities that allow a better valuation of the amount of activities in charge to promote a quality service.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación fue desarrollado en base a la Asociación de Producción Agrícola isla (ASOPROAISLA), con el fin de analizar de manera minuciosa la multifuncionalidad de las secretarias ejecutivas y la importancia que tienen en la demanda laboral de las empresas, para promover un trabajo más efectivo de quienes actualmente forman parte del personal secretarial de las instituciones del cantón Vinces. Se detectó un bajo rendimiento laboral debido a la carga de tareas asignadas a las secretarias lo que frecuentemente se convierte en trabajo acumulado debido al exceso de actividades y falta de tiempo para realizarlas, con el estudio de caso se busca plantear estrategias que permitan reducir esta problemática a fin de mejorar el proceso laboral en las instituciones. Para esto ha sido necesaria la aplicación de métodos de investigación y técnicas de recolección de datos como de encuestas con el fin de determinar la relación e influencia de las temáticas presentadas y plantear posibles resultados que conduzcan a una mejor producción laboral por parte de las secretarias y así ofrecer un mejor servicio tanto para la empresa como para los usuarios y la comunidad. Los resultados permitieron conocer las actividades realizadas por las secretarias en los diferentes departamentos de la institución, ya sea grande, mediana o pequeña y dar a conocer la importancia de la secretaria en las instalaciones que permitan una mejor valoración de la cantidad de actividades encargadas para promover un servicio de calidad.es_ES
