dc.description.abstractEl actual estudio de caso realizado tiene como objetivo evaluar e investigar el impacto en la aplicación de ética profesional de las secretarias ejecutivas de la empresa equilibrio Disprotextil, entidad dedicada a la comercialización de venta directas al por mayor y menor de calzado por catálogos, con una trayectoria de más de quince años, su objetivo es facilitar a la ciudadanía fuentes de ingresos y expandirse en el mercado laboral a nivel nacional. De este modo se pudo conocer la problemática existente en la organización sobre como la ética profesional tiene un impacto significativo en el comportamiento y profesionalismo laboral de la secretaria interviniendo de forma negativa en la eficacia, eficiencia, motivación, y autoestima de la misma. Por lo cual se expuso que la ética es la destreza humana para fomentar ecuanimidad de un profesional y de este modo proyecte confianza en el entorno laboral, manteniendo el liderazgo, planeamiento, motivación, trabajo en equipo, siendo una persona proactiva, organizada, dinámica, ferviente, mediante un aprendizaje continuo, duradero, amplificando su nivel cognitivo, procedimental, actitudinal y afectivo, favoreciendo en la resolución de conflictos administrativos y en la toma de decisiones dirigiéndose hacia el éxito personal e institucional.
